MOTORHEAD - And CORROSION OF CONFORMITY To Team Up For U.S. Tour
|
|
MOTÃ-RHEAD and CORROSION OF CONFORMITY will be teaming up for a U.S. tour
beginning in early March. So far, the following dates have been confirmed
(according to the venues' web sites):
Mar. 09 - Sayreville, NJ @ Starland Ballroom
Apr. 02 - Anaheim, CA @ House of Blues
MOTÃ-RHEAD were previously scheduled to tour the U.S. late last year but
ended up canceling the dates due to a foot injury suffered by vocalist/bassist
Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister.
CORROSION OF CONFORMITY are currently mixing their new album, "In the Arms
of God" (also known by its Spanish equivalent, "En Los Brazos Del Dios"),
for an April release via Sanctuary Records. Songtitles set to appear on
the CD include "En los Brazos del Dios", "Never Turns to More", "Stone Breaker"
and "World on Fire". Producing the album is C.O.C.'s longtime collaborator
John Custer. Playing drums is New Orleans' Stanton Moore, skinsman for the
renowned jazz-funk combo GALACTIC.
