	KITTIE - To Tour U.S With EVERGREEN TERRACE, CALICO SYSTEM
	Canadian metal band KITTIE will be teaming up with EVERGREEN TERRACE and CALICO SYSTEM for a U.S. tour beginning in April. Confirmed dates so far are as follows: Apr. 14 - Seattle, WA @ Studio Seven Apr. 15 - Portland, OR @ Rock and roll Pizza Apr. 16 - Orangevale, CA @ The Boardwalk Apr. 21 - Tucson, AZ @ Rialto Apr. 22 - Albuqerque, NM @ Sushine Theather Apr. 27 - Houston, TX @ The Meridiam Apr. 29 - Lewisville, TX @ Fat Daddy's As previously reported, KITTIE will be playing WRIF's Pre-Superbowl bash at TNT's in Detroit, Michigan on February 4. The event is sponsored by Jagermeister, Coor's Light and WRIF. Tickets are $12 advance and $15 at the door. TNT's is located at 35101 Harper Ave., Clinton Township (Detroit), MI. An audio clip of a brand-new KITTIE track, entitled "Never Again", has been posted online at this location (Windows Media). The song is the title cut of the Canadian metal band's upcoming EP, which will be released digitally on February 7. More exclusive sneak preview clips of the tracks appearing on the EP will be available on the band's official MySpace.com page before the release date. A new 45-second clip will be available to preview on the official KITTIE MySpace.com page every two weeks until the EP is released. [http://vista.streamguys.com/jspiewak/kittie_neveragain_preview.wma] [http://www.myspace.com/officialkittie] KITTIE, which features sisters Morgan and Mercedes Lander (guitar/vocals and drums, respectively), Trish Doan (bass; ex-HER), and Tara Macleod (guitar; ex-SHERRY), have sold over one million records in the United States since the release of their debut effort, "Spit" (Artemis), in 2000. KITTIE, who parted ways with guitarist Lisa Marx and bassist Jennifer Arroyo in early 2005, split with longtime label Artemis Records in March 2005 "due to a proposed amendment to the recording budget for the pending fourth KITTIE album," according to a post on the band's web site. The group's most recent CD, "Until the End", was released in July 2004.
