	DAY INTO NIGHT Festival - ONSLAUGHT Confirmed For U.K.
	Reformed classic British thrash outfit ONSLAUGHT have been confirmed as special guests of AKERCOCKE at the Camden Underworld on Saturday, May 13 as part of the Day into Night festival. The full lineup is as follows: Friday, May 12: ZYKLON DAM SHE SAID DESTROY Saturday, May 13: AKERCOCKE ONSLAUGHT Sunday, May 14: DECAPITATED CARPATHIAN FOREST + 2 others As previously reported, ONSLAUGHT will be special guests of VENOM on the following three U.K. dates in March: Mar. 23 - Glasgow, UK @ Garage Mar. 25 - London, UK @ Mean Fiddler Mar. 26 - Mamchester, UK @ Academy 2 ONSLAUGHT have also confirmed the following festival appearances: Jun. 8-10 – Sölvesborg, SWE @ Sweden Rock Sep. 29-30 - Derbyshire, UK @ Bloodstock ONSLAUGHT are continuing work on the material for their new studio album, "Killing Peace", tentatively due in September via an as-yet-undetermined label. The band's current lineup includes Sy Keeler (vocals), Nige Rockett (guitars), Steve Grice (drums), James Hinder (bass) and the group's latest addition, guitarist Alan Jordan (ex-MIRROR MIRROR, FRANKENSTEIN). ONSLAUGHT recorded three albums in the late 1980s — including the underrated "In Search of Sanity" (1989, Polydor), featuring ex-GRIM REAPER frontman Steve Grimmett — before calling it a day.
