According to the New York Post's "Page Six", QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE frontman
Josh Homme claims he was the victor in his buzzed-about bar brawl in the
East Village the other night. Page Six reported Thursday the towering rocker
took a few punches during the boozy scrap at Niagara. But when Page Six
ran into him early next morning at Canal Room, before he played drums for
EAGLES OF DEATH METAL, he told a different story: "The guy was talking [bleep]
to my girlfriend and her friend, so I asked him to leave. When he didn't,
I knocked him out." And what about your publicist's confirmation that you
were "hurt" during the brawl? "Look at me," Homme said, showing Page Six
his hands and face. "I don't have a scratch on me. Clear my dirty name!"
